Inverter Solutions

Our products cover IGBT module encapsulation, conductor interface materials, magnetic component bonding, PCB three-proof protection, and structural sealing for key applications, ensuring superior electrical insulation, thermal conduction, and environmental durability throughout the inverter system's lifecycle. They ensure efficiency, stability, and safety, becoming the cornerstone of new energy and smart grid construction.

Map the inverter by function before selecting an adhesive

An inverter is not one adhesive application. A power module may need a defined thermal interface, a control board may need conformal protection, a magnetic component may need bonding or encapsulation, and an enclosure or connector may need a seal. Start with the location, required function, substrates, geometry, production process and service plan before comparing chemistries.

For application context, review the industrial electronics solutions and the photovoltaic system solutions. These pages frame the equipment context; they do not replace grade-level technical approval.

Inverter adhesive points and material roles

Inverter locationPrimary material role to evaluateProject questions to confirm
Power module, heat spreader or heat sink interfaceThermal interface or thermally conductive adhesiveIs the interface clamped, bonded or gap-filled? What gap, surface finish and insulation boundary must be verified?
IGBT/MOS or other power-device zoneLocalized thermal bonding or pottingWhich areas must remain serviceable or inspectable? Could the material obstruct assembly or rework?
Inductor, choke and magnetic componentsBonding, vibration control or localized encapsulationWhat loads, substrates, clearances and thermal expansion movement are present?
Control, drive and communication PCBConformal coating / three-proof protectionWhich components, test points and connectors must remain uncoated? What moisture, contamination and test conditions apply?
Connector, cable entry and housing jointSealing, bonding and environmental boundaryWhich plastics, metals or coatings are involved? How will adhesion, compression and ingress protection be validated?
Larger cavity or selected electronic modulePotting / encapsulationWhat fill depth, void-control method, heat path and service expectation apply?

Product entry points for an inverter project

The micro-inverter photovoltaic potting adhesive is a product entry point for teams evaluating micro-inverter encapsulation. The new energy thermal conductive potting adhesive can be reviewed when the project requires a thermal-potting discussion. For a defined joint or heat-transfer interface, compare the relevant organic silicone series and thermal interface materials rather than treating potting, bonding and TIM as interchangeable.

Validation information to prepare before requesting a recommendation

To shorten technical review, provide the inverter architecture, target component or joint, substrate and coating types, voltage and insulation boundary, heat source and heat-spreader path, gap or fill geometry, dispensing equipment, cure sequence, expected production volume, outdoor or indoor exposure, and service or rework expectation. Request the applicable TDS/SDS and test reports for the exact grade. Validate adhesion, thermal behavior, insulation, environmental exposure and process fit on the intended assembly; a single material property does not approve the complete inverter.
