Product Introduction

The product is a reactive solvent-based solution of siloxane and silicone resin. When exposed to air at room temperature, the solvent evaporates, forming a hard silicone film that firmly adheres to the substrate surface, facilitating the bonding of addition-cure silicone rubber to metal or non-metal materials.

JIADI Primer Series is specially designed for silicone bonding applications involving various difficult-to-bond substrates. By forming a stable active interface layer on the substrate surface, it improves the adhesion between silicone adhesives and substrates, providing enhanced bonding reliability under demanding environmental conditions such as temperature cycling, humidity, and long-term aging.

Fast Drying and Easy Operation: Achieves surface drying within minutes at room temperature. After coating, subsequent dispensing or potting processes can be performed directly without additional baking or curing, improving production line efficiency.

Broad Adhesion Promotion Capability: Provides excellent adhesion enhancement for various low-surface-energy and inert substrates, including aluminum alloys, PC, PBT, PPS, ABS, glass, and anodized aluminum.

Ultra-Thin Coating with No Impact on Appearance: Forms a micron-level transparent active layer after application, without changing the original color, gloss, or surface finish of the substrate, making it suitable for components with strict appearance requirements.

Excellent Weathering and Aging Resistance: The bonding interface treated with the primer maintains stable adhesion strength after high/low temperature cycling, humidity aging, and UV aging tests, helping extend product service life.

Excellent Compatibility with Silicone Systems: Compatible with condensation-cure (RTV) and addition-cure silicone adhesives/sealants and potting materials, without affecting subsequent silicone curing speed or physical properties.
